I want to see people try do to hard content as classes. Savage or Ultimate, without any job stones. If that is even possible.

To be serious, job stones should be made mandatory early on so you can't enter any instance past level 30 without one.

You could still have that by allowing Non-Job stones able to queue while in a pre-made party, Which in fine with I think having a funny challenge mode with base Jobs could be funny

In general this is needed, I've had outright trolls go as Gladiator on level 90 duties before, if someone is in late content practically Griefing the party then it's unfair on the rest of the group, also If you somehow "forget" your job stone then I think someone would rather be reminded to equip it then go through the duty embarrassed that i didn't equip a stone.

I think if we are Realistic doesn't need to be forced at 30, but anything above 50 is a Must and the game needs to do you more to tell you that you can upgrade your job. Honestly by stone vigil is a alright starting point but I'm not too fussed if I see a level 44 Gladiator running around, it's more post ARR that it becomes worse and worse.
