    Insufficient Memory

I was just playing the game earlier today and PC seemed to freeze up so was forced to reset. When I tried to log back on, it would not let me. Instead I am getting a message that I have insufficient memory on my C: drive saying I need just over 77 Gig I deleted pretty much anything that won't cause problems on my computer and I'm still short. What other options do I have if any?

Well, I guess I'm just switching over to Series X. Was playing with an Xbox controller anyway so shouldn't be too big of an adjustment.

if you got free sata ports or m.2m just get some cheap ssd for like 30-50 bucks to copy the game on, you can literally just copy over the folder and it'll run fine.

Good morning! Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Please note, for best possible results we do recommend installing FINAL FANTASY XIV on the default drive (usually the C: drive). However should there be insufficient storage, it is possible to instead install it on a different drive with more space. In general, we do recommend having at least 80GB of storage for FINAL FANTASY XIV and for future updates.

We hope this information was helpful. Thank you once more for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!
