Is there any way that they can speed up the wait times for Xbox users waiting for a dungeon? Seriously, I need to do the Ultima's Bane run and I waited for over 200 minutes. And the Labyrinth of the Ancients was just as long without getting in.

Data Center travel to any world on the Faerie Data Center.
That's what most people do it seems.
Thank you for the suggestion. But I have an Xbox, so I don't have access to that data center. I am able to go across worlds and tried it but this didn't make any difference in the wait time. Although I did find a few things I was looking for on the Market Boards that were not available on my home world. So that's something.
Glad to hear you were able to get it done finally.
Queues for Duty Finder draw from all worlds on the same data center, which is why you didn't see any difference in the queue times using World Visit on Dynamis.Thank you for the suggestion. Being an Xbox player shouldn't have any affect on what data centers you can travel to. All FFXIV data centers and worlds are cross-platform, and I can't remember any announcement about Xbox player characters being restricted to their home data centers.
But there is something that must done before your characters can visit a different data center for the first time. You need to go to the other data center via the title screen menu first. That adds some information to your personal game files so the game knows that the data center is a valid destination for your characters. (Have no idea why SE set it up that way but it's something that has to be done)
From the title screen, select Data Center instead of Start. Select the data center you want to visit then click Proceed. You should end up on the character selection for a random world in that data center.
Now go back to the title screen menu and select Data Center again. This time, select your home data center where your character is. You should now be able to use the submenu options for your character to go to the data center you "visited".
I would suggest repeating this for each of the different data centers in the game just so it doesn't get in your way if you want to visit them at some point in the future. Also do it when any new data centers are first opened (such as Shadow upcoming for EU). While we're usually limited to only data centers in our character's home region, SE is temporarily allowing cross region travel to Materia (Oceania) so it's possible that cross region travel to all regions may be getting enabled at some point during Dawntrail.

Sorry there is a special slow queue that is reserved for xbox players.
j/k the ways to speed up queue are usually:
1. For 24p raids, queue as dps because there are more slots
2. For dungeons, queue as (or with) a tank or healer (or adventurer in demand if there is one); or use duty support if it is available
3. For regular trials, try queuing as a different role (tank or healer usually good)
4. For ex trials (or hm in arr), try party finder
5. If you just need the clear, you can also run it unsynced with a high level player (or solo depending on the duty); can ask for help in your free company or possibly in novice network
6. If all else fails, you can try it on a higher population data center with more party finders (not a huge fan of this bc in na aether has become a self fulfilling prophecy)
good luck!

if it is minstrel's ballad ultima's bane then it is a) an extreme trial b) optional and c) not likely to pop quickly in duty finder on most DCs; usually people set up a party finder.

labyrinth of the ancients should be fine in df, especially peak times; I might try monday evening, day before reset

by "try party finder" I mean set up a party finder yourself if there isn't one already
Join the Novice Network on Marilith and mention that you need to complete a duty for MSQ progression. There's usually someone happy to help out and who may even teach you how to use Party Finder to your advantage to get duties completed faster. A lot of Dynamis players keep on eye on PF for first time completions to help out and/or get the first time completion bonuses that apply to everyone in the party.
There are also parties frequently getting organized in the Marilith NN for the Crystal Tower raids to help new players get those completed without having to use data center travel.
