Same email, while I was sleeping - of course - answered quickly with the more details they asked for. Still no response.Finally got a support email back, with a 'If you need any additional assistance with this concern, please reply to this email directly.' line attached to it.
You bet your biscuits, I replied directly to that email.
If you know any reporters or Twitch Streamers with large followings, now might be a good time to get the word out that SE is ignoring their NA Playerbase's card payment problems.
11 Days is Too Long to acknowledge the problem. They are deserving of this bad image, right now.
