All of these issues are pretty much guaranteed to be in relation to the payment processor update that went in effect on april 23rd.

The worst part of this is that whole address thing is just really bad on it's own even without all the other issues it has caused over the last few days. If you moved countries since making your FFXIV account and no longer have access to a card with a matching country and address you're just shit out of luck, no card you own in the country you moved to is likely to work for you and that's just insane.
If this is an attempt to do anti-fraud to clamp down on bots it's an extremely primitive and completely useless one because those botters can very easily just buy game time cards or use paysafe while a bunch of legitimate customers get nuked.
This is just unacceptable.
We need to make this a much bigger deal on social media, support isn't going to help you and we need to escalate this until i don't know, yoshida sees this or something. This shit only gets fixed if a big enough stink is made about it.
