Having the same issues. I let my subscription elapse a few days or so ago (you still have a forum access for a period of time; I won't be able to reply to anything soon), but now I'm unable to pay for Crysta the way I usually do with with VISA debit payments with the 401 error (all the information is correct, address, numbers ... etc)
Kinda frustrating because VISA was one of the payments that was allowed. I also still haven't pre-ordered Dawntrail yet and was going to do soon on my return. I understand it takes time to collect information and notify affected players over Lodestone, but using time cards does not solve the issue perfectly. For myself, I do not like 60-day game time stretches, so 30-day via Crysta is enough to drop the game for a while without feeling I'm wasting too much game time; I also have issues getting time cards at times as well. To be honest, it does not help that being so close the new expansion release without pre-ordering has me a bit worried about the current state of the issue without notification. Here's hoping this issue gets resolve within the month of May or early June.
