    i managed to buy enough crystal's via paypal to cover for my sub after 3hrs trying here and there
    also had purchase on store for 2 items on hold tried to get crystal to pay for that once again met with that same Error Code: i2501 ....right after a successful purchase with paypal why did they even make changes to billing it worked fine ,now its just annoying to deal with. cant register my visa/debit anymore card is not available....this card works everywhere no issues but with SE nope.

    Tried purchasing stuff on the Mog station with my visa debit card I've been using to pay for my sub, got "Card Unavailable'. When I tried switching to my Amazon account I got "You cannot use this function. Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for additional details. Error Code: i2501". I'm in America as well.

    11 Days is Too Long to acknowledge the problem. They are deserving of this bad image, right now.
    Same email, while I was sleeping - of course - answered quickly with the more details they asked for. Still no response.

    I'm Canadian, an I have an active subscription until the end of July. My Visa debt isn't working, it told me to un-register my card when I tried to renew my recurring subscription. So I unregistered it and wanted to reapply it. It asked for my address and everything was fine there. But when I put my card details in, it now says Card Unavailable. But before it was giving me a error that I couldn't update my subscription.

    Square Enix, we understand that your website has never been user friendly, but why do you keep making it harder for us to give you money. /sigh

    If this isn't a bug nothing is.
    They might realize how serious it is when hundreds of subs go unpaid next month... but I'm really hoping they figure it out before then.

    So earlier I couldn't put my debit card in but the system allowed me to swap to my credit card. The funny thing is both cards are through the same exact bank under the same name. It's 100% an issue specifically with debit cards. I'm still shut out of the actual Online shop for 24 hours because I guess I triggered their fraud prevention when I tried to pay twice, but at least my sub will renew fine.

    Well I pre-ordered Dawntrail via PSN. Using the same Visa debit card from my checking account for YEARS.

    Im up for renewal in July. I auto resubscribe every 6 months.

    IF I have trouble with that auto resubscribe I will quit and cancel my account PERMANENTLY. I'll take the preorder loss. I have been a loyal subscriber/player since 2013.

    SE fix this or you will lose a dedicated subscriber. I won't use another for of payment.
