This issue is Not Resolved. At least...Not for us in the US.
In that case, it's best of people keep on posting here with their issues, maybe even providing with screenshots of said errors.
There's already an article about this posted about 5 days ago. One thing SE doesn't like is a bad image on their company, so if more media outlets pick this up, SE will have to act quicker.
Finally got a support email back, with a 'If you need any additional assistance with this concern, please reply to this email directly.' line attached to it.
You bet your biscuits, I replied directly to that email.
If you know any reporters or Twitch Streamers with large followings, now might be a good time to get the word out that SE is ignoring their NA Playerbase's card payment problems.
11 Days is Too Long to acknowledge the problem. They are deserving of this bad image, right now.
Just tried to do a Name Change and it happened to me too. I got the "Card Unavailable" I tried to use it as just a credit card and a visa debt card, I also tried on multiple browsers. SE Please fix this![]()
Still the same issue as yesterday, just a redirect back to the previous page, no error messages at all for me trying to buy another retainer or the premium companion app.
Just tried again and got "Card Unavailable" as well. I live un Europe (France).
Still unavailable I guess we won't be resubbing or enjoying the same coll
