Even in ARR, not all boss FATEs can be one shot. Some can, yes. And most FATEs aren't boss FATEs to begin with. So you're dealing with a minority of blue mages who might do that, in the chance that it was a boss FATE that can be one shot, out of all the FATEs in all the zones in the ARR regions, and calling all blue mages griefers because of it.
Each medal can be earned in multiple zones, each zone has multiple FATEs, the FATEs respawn at a decently quick rate. Just stop the hyperbole. This entire thread is filled with hyperbolic statements or outright lies.
It doesn't really matter if they are a minority even 1 Blue mage OS a fate before you barely had time to attack is annoying. There is absolutly no excuse for this behavior and yours who defend it. We don't care about its only 2 minutes. Its a few Blue. We want you to stop ruining other people event just for a slightly faster kill. "I act like a jerk but here's why I'm not a bad person" give us a break.Even in ARR, not all boss FATEs can be one shot. Some can, yes. And most FATEs aren't boss FATEs to begin with. It is griefing no matter you look upon it as in no way of being able to competete without having to have some optional none gameplay based side job.

I didn't complete Savage Eden so I didn't get the 4 person mount. Those Savage raiders are griefing me.
If you didn't put the time into leveling a job, for whatever reason (you don't care, it's optional, you've no interest in it, whatever...), that's your decision.
And it still doesn't block anyone from completing anything. As long as you get to the FATE, get a few hits in, get your participation to be silver or gold medal, you get a chance at a medal drop.
You can make 10 medals per day very easily in 2-3 hours of gameplay, blue mages or no blue mages, and finish the event in 17 days. The event lasts until the end of June. Nobody's being left out, unless they choose to be left out.
As for non-gameplay job, this just tells me that you don't play the job much. Level 80 blue mage moon flute opener needs so many buttons to be pressed so fast I can't even do most of it correctly.
On mobile, this is a nightmare to format, so excuse the crudeness of my reply.I didn't complete Savage Eden so I didn't get the 4 person mount. Those Savage raiders are griefing me.

Your first paragraph isn't the same thing. If you have a mount, which is also a stupid argument, would've been better. Even if both are terrible in general. Somebody having something you don't have isn't griefing. Now, if I traded to you and made it to where you couldn't mount and missed the FATE, that's greifing.
Your second one isn't much better. It ignores Atma farming or personal choice. Under normal circumstances, neither would be affected by this event and be able to be used in service of each other, but people are selfish, and here we are.
Your third paragraph is mostly correct. Most people I saw were stopping to complain instead of trying to get silver. I fought tooth and nail because I didn't want to keep doing this event. Let's face it this event sucks as it is.
The rest I agree with and / or don't care enough to comment on.

Wrong. Because all your arguments around blue mage players griefing are silly. They hinge on the idea that my having leveled and playing a job that I enjoy to complete a piece of content that I don't enjoy, as soon as possible, is griefing. They're playing a job you're refusing to play by your own decision. If you refuse to do something in game, you don't get the reward for it, simple as that. Perhaps you should attempt to understand the argument being made before replying to it.
Atma farming isn't going anywhere, it's been in the game for a decade, it's going to be here after June too, it's completely irrelevant as an argument. Also, the rating of the FATE has no bearing on Atma drop rates, only if the FATE was successful and you were a part of it matters. Perhaps read the wiki on relics before spouting that off. You can work toward both regardless of blue mages, nobody is griefing you. If anything, if you're Atma farming, you should be following the Blue Mages, whack a mob or two and leave, your chances will be higher since Blue Mages end FATEs quicker.
Well, duh! That's why we're doing the event on Blue Mage. Nobody is griefing you is my point.

That is an entire other thing, completing Savage and Ultimates is only Optional content as well and the rewards in it as well.I didn't complete Savage Eden so I didn't get the 4 person mount. Those Savage raiders are griefing me.

We are talking about an event that should be available to all regardless of whatever and using BLU for it is a major exploit that can be used to grief ordinary people and technically can be reported as well.

It is available to all though. Regardless of the blue mages or not, as long as you go into the FATE, whack the mobs enough to get a silver rank in it, you have a chance at a medal drop. There's still rng in play, you might get lucky, you might get unlucky, but a single weapon is easily doable per day, even on a normal job, in a 3 hour play session.
The blue mages aren't stopping you from farming the event, only you can stop you from farming the event.
Just to play devil's advocate, the Yokai Watch is also optional content and the rewards in it as well. That is an entire other thing, completing Savage and Ultimates is only Optional content as well and the rewards in it as well.
