    Account issues made in US and im in EU!

    Hello i did my account 5 july 2021 in us but im from eu. Today when i needed to buy crysta to pay account sub monthly also retainers they asked me to upgrade account info. i know i did a big big mistake i put united states kansas district and in adresss i did put my eu romanian adress that is my own adress. Without remaking the account info i cant go forward and pay sub and retainers! Can anyone please help me with this issues i can provide for Square enix ID, driver license pictures anything that is needed so i can play forward pay my sub my retainers with my credit card.
