    That is also BS. If I select credit or debit card options, I don't even get to the page that asks the card information, I immediately get i2501 error. Amazon pay doesn't work either, same error after I enter my amazon account information. No payment method works. I've tried everything, deleting cache/cookies, disabling VPN, disabling addons etc. Still get i2501 error.

    Welp, it's the 17th of may and still no update on the issue. Can't sub can't buy crysta support told me to use paypal. Why would I use paypal? I have a debit card for a reason i'm not going to hoop jump because they messed something up. I can't even pre order the new expansion this is getting insane and the silence for over two weeks is telling.

    You know, this is such an issue that should never happen and people are going to start taking their money elsewhere. It's extremely frustrating to have a perfectly valid card one minute and the exact same card doesn't work the next. It asked me to update my address, so I did.. by not changing anything at all, as it was already correct. It said it updated and now my card doesn't work. It's infuriating. I was going to purchase a few mounts tonight, but I can't now, and I've completely lost the desire to do so.

    It's highly likely that my next payment for playtime won't even be accepted. I'm not fighting with it. It's not worth the hassle. These things are key to functionality and should just work. That's all that needs to happen. That's the whole point of the team over seeing that money can be taken.

    Such incompetency is absolutely INSANE today.

    Square Enix has completely lost their goddamn mind, let me put this back flat : THEY BANNED CREDIT CARDS FROM THEIR PAYMENT METHOD, yes, BANNED, not all admittedly, but A TON of them.

    You know, things we all use ???? Basic tool that everyone in the world ( almost ) use to pay on a daily basis ???

    If you read this random square enix employee that survey the forums ( if any ), ask your company if they lost their minds and decided to completely PUMMEL DOWN their sales of Dawntrail two months before release ?

    Reporting in today. Got an email saying there was a payment error for my sub, went to mogstation to make sure info was correct, it'd either not let me enter my card info at all or the same "unavailable" messages. Guess I won't be playing till this get resolved :l rip

    I can't even use PayPal. I get the i2501 and for whatever reason the 'Payment Method' says "Credit Card/Debit Card". I tried AmazonPay and it gives the (-24202) error. I've tried disabling the VPN, using my phone, using my phone on Cell-only. Same result.

    WHY CAN'T I GIVE YOU MONEY, SQUARE?? You're profit is down 70%, and you have people wanting to give you money.

    My subscription lapsed today and now I can't renew it because of this sh**storm. So no more FFXIV for it seems until SE gets their sh** together. I'm beyond angry that this is STILL an issue. WTF are they doing over there???
