    How Many Hoops Must I Jump Through to give SE My Money?

    Same Issue as everyone else, with a Visa Debit/CC in North America.

    Can't use 'traditional' direct CC/Debit payment. Can't use Amazon Pay. WTF is Crysta? It was before my time and seems to be a whole other can of 'wtf' worms to obtain.

    Trying to find 'the right' Contact Us button has never been so irritatingly difficult. Square Enix Store does not support the Mog Station Support Branch. The Mog Station Support Branch wants every ounce of your information before you can actually detail a problem. Then, you must wait a minimum of 48 hours for your silly little email to even be seen?

    10 Days, Devs. 10 Days during a 30% off Sale, and I can't give you my money.

    10 Days with Zero Response from Admin on the issue.

    24 Hours is the difference in keeping your housing situation in this game, after some have spent years trying to obtain your False Scarcity Housing.

    So, SE needs to freeze housing demo. Extend the Sale. AND Comp Game Time for every single affected account.

    This is the 5th* place I've tried to send a message to someone who can do something about the issue. Never have I posted on these forums, until today, for this exact problem.

    Light 'em up, people. Don't put up with this kind of garbage.

    I'm going to be affected by this soon because I cannot change the country listed on my account.
    I'm happy to continue paying but because SE thinks nobody ever immigrates, it's the one field in the account you cannot change.

    This will be my first post in official forum, and it's a complain regarding their payment system.

    I've been getting i2501 error when using Paypal after updating my address, all the help from FAQs and Support Center didn't help at all.

    Even I tried buying the Game Time Card, then I remembered I used Entry Subscription and need to upgrade, then it failed also (return error 601 when inputting card number). There goes my $30.

    1 day left in my subscription, better savor it

    That is also BS. If I select credit or debit card options, I don't even get to the page that asks the card information, I immediately get i2501 error. Amazon pay doesn't work either, same error after I enter my amazon account information. No payment method works. I've tried everything, deleting cache/cookies, disabling VPN, disabling addons etc. Still get i2501 error.
