    Broken Links on Mog Station

    You have broken links on the Mog Station. Renaming, World Transfer and Retainer Service all link to Address Change and NOT to their intended targets. I have tried on different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and two different computers (both Mac and PC) with the same result. You are losing $$$ by the minute with these unattainable services.

    It's crazy this hasn't been addressed yet. I've checked this with friends in different regions (OCE, NA, UK) and its effecting everyone. People literally can't edit their subscriptions or payment systems. I initially raised a ticket against the retainer service (thats when i first encountered it) and today got a response from support saying i should just cancel my sub and resub, accept they didn't read my email fully which said the subscription change links are broken. I've raised another ticket against mogstation, hopefully it get's looked at with some attention instead of a dismissive response.

    It's actually not broken but intentional - SE changed things that players are required to verify their billing address on your SE account before you can make any further purchases or subscriptions, as stated here :

    EDIT: This is indeed the issue, but the website doesn't tell you there's an error in transaction. Deleting my registered card and re-adding the same card fixed the issue. Bit stupid if you ask me cos SE was still charging that card for the monthly renewal.

    Here we are and it’s now NOVEMBER 1st and I’m still having issues with mog station. Items you click in cash shop pull up a blank(ish) page. Can’t purchase anything from cash shop..

    Have you tried any basic internet troubleshooting? Clearing cache, etc? Because I can pull up items just fine and I'd imagine if it was an everyone issue there'd be a lot more posts about it.
