Square Enix Problem

Here's my problem. As of today when I try to buy from the FF Online Store when it gets to the page where you choose payment method instead of it taking me to the page with the options it takes me to my Square Enix account where it has my home address listed. It says that my home address is not valid. I've been register since 2017 and have never changed my address. Just as recently as 04/20/2024 I made a purchase from the FF Online Store with no problem at all. I tried to find out if there has been a problem with the maintenance they recently did, but have found nothing.
