Unfortunately I do not think they will add in theese types of matiera, for movement speed (with the exception of ninja) they like all players to move at the same speed to plan out encounters and boss patterns,
For the EXP matiera, they only give bonus EXP for the well rested buff (which is to encourage you to stop playing) and from expac accessories (and some old mog stuff that only works for very low level) they would not want to add in any extra exp as that would have people become very over leveled very fast which would diminish enjoyment.
As for the gil, they are trying to add in more gil sinks in order to get rid of the abundance of wealth, there are plenty of ways to make gil so adding in methods to encourage gil farms and gil rmt bots would be a big no-no
The best way for them to continue with matiera that allows for its use is to continue what we have now it has been streamlined to remove redundant points and elements and is useable for any content.
Sometimes you just got to have Some fun
I think Movement speed materia would still be fun - a tradeoff between some safety in dealing with mechanics and +0.5% damage.

It’s pretty useless imo to have a movement speed materia cause it will cause everyone to demand it.
It will become like in 11, where 18% movement speed is a “requirement” or you’re being slow.
In that case, just increase our default speed by x% modifier.
