Suggestion: /display ears off

From the thread title the first thing I thought was that you wanted to make your ears disappear!

But on the topic, if they can add it that would be cool for those who want it. XD
I don't think I'd use it often though... Unless I came across a horrible-looking pair of earrings. X3

I thought the same thing once I took off my cobalt helm on my paladin. Saw the two dangling pearl earrings on my highlander... it just looked wrong. Then I put on the pally af crown which happens to come with a pair of earrings on its own which overrides whatever earrings are currently equiped.

I would actually like that. I liked having one earring, and I hate having to have 2.

When I posted the thread, realized after that the title would shock/confuse a few people! I said ear because the slot is called ear in your gear menu!

I'm perfectly happy with the Lalafell's mogwai ears though.

How can you argue you for this look though?

Am I the only one that thinks that what you wear should be displayed? It seems odd to be able to have all equipment be 'invisible' if chosen. It seems to me it is up to us to be able to balance what we wear, so we can come up with something that is both helpful and pleasing to the eye ^.^;

But then again, maybe it's just me ^^; I would almost never choose to wear something ugly just because of its stats. Which is why I have this large collection of silly mage hats I never put on ^^;

I might be one of the only ones. But I dont like the ears on mithras and lalas sticking out in helms. so when i get a male'qote ill be using /hide helm or w/e alot. There are some head pieces that dont have ears sticking out, ill have to hope for more.

1. I dont understand your comment.
2. Maybe you misunderstood mine.
3. All I was saying is that, although I enjoy the ears on the lalas and miqotes when they arent wearing helms. When they are and you have two steel or otherwise knobs sticking out, to me its not aesthetically appealing.
4. I said I might be one of a very small minority in my post.
