This has nothing to do with the actual leve rewards, though? Even if you nerfed every single leve reward into the ground you'd still have to do like seven years of leves to get those, which is a bit absurd for an achievement that doesn't even have a title iirc. 2-3 years is fine for a very long-term achievement, but once you start pushing near a decade it's a bit much.
