Modern medicine is much better than magic in game.

I'd take a Fantasia probably since i can only pick one.
Teleportation still requires aetherytes which don't exist, so if anyone wants teleportation they would need to wish for aetherytes, at which point anyone can use. Aetheryte teleportation might be too powerful for today's world, though it would make space exploration really easy and would let us explore interstellar space.

I would also pick G'raha, because like you said he's very kind and friend-shaped. I'd love to know a person like him, and be his friend. But I also wouldn't want to take him away from his home and friends, so maybe just being able to visit here and there? If picking an item, well... I do like the fantasia idea as well.

Phoenix Down to cause a loophole in the Permanent Death condition that we have in the IRL servers. Is it wise to break the natural order? Probably not.

I'm very biased opinion because he's my favorite character of bringing Zenos into my world. I would really love to introduce him to the mundane tedious life that we currently have. He's very dangerous frenemy shaped, I'd be interested to see him engage in thrill seeking activities? like sky diving, mountain climbing etc (that is not murder)...

Someone else I guess uhhhh... I'd bring Nael/Eula back and take her to therapy but I'd worry she'd try to 5head away to bring our moon down and to cause a server wipe on the existing IRL server.

Hmm... I can't really think of anyone else...maybe Thancred and Alisaie? I think they'd both make good friends and won't break the balance of the IRL servers by having the potential to cause mass extinction events...
