Easy solution: in game web browser.
Not all that hard to implement and it costs SE next to nothing to make and no upkeep costs.
It also helps PS3 players.
Guys, calm down, this is an idea, a thought that crossed everyone's mind when they saw the boards on walls or every Adventurer's Guild.
And is that the best thing your mind can come out with when I said ingame boards? a small ingame PHP forum replaces this forum??
I'm talking about forums made for in-game discusstion/requests/recruitment/questions/offers..
Now if you want 2 AF pieces in AV and 1 AF piece in Darkhold, are you going to post about it here? There are many people out there who need them just like you, but you guys just can't reach each other because there isn't a valid way, yeah you can ask in LS, but your LS mates will do it to you as a favor more than doing it because they need it too, while other people are still looking for those AF pieces. With an ingame board, you can let people know that you want to do a run tonight, and if anyone is interested they should reply or /tell you. So later tonight you'll invite the ones who replied and you guys will do your run without favors or long-hours shouts in Uldah.
Just because you don't understand my idea, that doesn't mean it's disrespectful.
There is already something coming for this with 2.0. The content finderNow if you want 2 AF pieces in AV and 1 AF piece in Darkhold, are you going to post about it here? No I get it
You want a mean of communication, an in game one
Seeing you need one mean you cant communicate well, in game
ok, then give me one example of this idea generating profit for SE
Oh, I know. How bout the lala-train post their ware here, and SE put some tax on it
Profit!
what was really funny in Lineage II that you had an ingame messanger where you could start private chats with other people (friends).
^^
that was an ingame msn messanger. but SE could do one for just ingame.

Dont we have an ingame messanger?
I guess they are...
Well, I'm not sure people who decide to play on PS3 are on the talkative side - otherwise they could be disappointed... Unless they have some speech-to-text tool, typing with a gamepad using to native visual keyboard is like booooooooring (♪) on a console.
