[Dawntrail Benchmark] Issues I've see with Au'ra Scales

I've seen a few issues in dark skinned Au'ra in regards to the scales. there's hugely obvious artifacts on the edge of the scales of both Raen and Xaela scales.








I also noticed the tails of fem xaela have a completely different color to their scales.

It's really egregious, and frankly a slap on the face on top of the already lacking undertone to the dark skin on femra. Xaela have it especially bad, and it turns green in weird lights. It feels like they were rushed, it looks so bad.

Yeah there's even a weird chunks of squared that look like some smaller bits lost to JPEG-isation

Lot of artifacts around the scales on dark skinned characters. Just absolutely sloppy.

yeah it's so bad.. it's feels like au'ra got completely in the graphics update
i wondered why they didn't show the body scales or xaela scales in the official media but i guess now we know why?

Yeah, and no wonder they only showed Raen. Xaela look awful. The darkest option for Xaela femra is basically gone, they washed out my wol and left artifacts all over the scales. Just...disastrous.

I'm glad to see others have noticed these things, as someone that also plains mainly as a darker skinned Xaela. Though beyond these issues, it seems Fem Au Ra's face 4's facial scales were somehow modified :


I took this from a post in the JP community that did an excellent job showcasing that Face 1, 2 and 3's scales were rendered faithfully, but that the scales on Face 4 were changed in a lot of places.

Feeling like the artists were getting sloppier by the time they got to working on the later faces of a lot of races...
