The tiger and leopard are definitely female because they do not have dewlaps. The black panther and snow leopard are more difficult to tell without seeing them next to the same cat of the opposite sex. They are all beautiful animals in the context of 'nature beauty'.

The thing about male Hrothgars is that they are still quite handsome, and even dapper depending on glamour choices. I think simply by being male, they can get away with having a "beastly" aesthetic to them.
