Ahhh another face 2 girl! I have the same complaints about the eyes and lips on face 2. If it's ok, I might quote it over in my face 2 thread at some point.
Thank you for taking the time to translate this and share with us.
If you and your friends have not heard yet, we did get an update from Yoshi-P! I has me hopeful that the issues will be addressed.

i thought more complain become adjustment. that's why i bring korean frined's feedback. i saw about benchmark 2 but they didn't say about 3D model's edit. so i think i gonna keep saying about feedback. thanks for information by the way!
Yes! It's definitely important to keep leaving feedback! It is mentioned that they will be making improvements right up to the release, some that we will not see until Dawntrail release too. So hopefully what we say will be seen and fixed.
Hello, I also wanted to share my feelings about female roegadyn faces in the benchmark with the graphical update. These are also specific to face 2. The first is that I do not personally like how the lips look like a very flat color now where the previous texture suggested a degree of light and shimmer on them that was even more noticeable on darker skin. The second is that the eyes appear more closed now when compared to the original face. I'm not sure whether this is due to the "lifeless" quality that others have described in the eye itself or the thicker darker appearance of the eyelash and eyelid now but my character now appears more serious or less alert than before. Please consider this feedback for the final release of the graphical update.

Overall, I think the changes to my character are an improvement. Most alterations are very minor such as nostrils, lips and eye shape but I think it's less of a design choice and more due to the textures and lighting being updated. For example the softer lighting and higher rez textures make the transition between lip and skin more gradual.
The biggest upgrades are IMO the eyes (especially the catchlights) and the addition of a philtrum. I understand that not everyone might be happy with the changes, but I hope the next benchmark doesn't revert the Seawolf Face 4 changes.

Face 4 100% is the best face resculpt out of every one they've done, while Face 2 has been pretty mangled, and 1/3 are in the middle.
Your lovely femroe is one of the best transitions between graphics I've seen so far.
I suspect because it's the least problematic the only thing you may notice is some variance with the mouth (corners) with the new benchmark since lips are a known issue across all races. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
^^^ I've been super jealous at the amount of care they put into face 4. It's the only one where the philtrum matches the lips, and though the lips themselves have changed like every other model, it's the least jarringly different.
Though perhaps the least sloppy of the bunch, I wouldn't call myself terribly pleased with the changes all the same for my face 4 girl.

It mostly carries the shape, though the energy is different which is the stickler for me. There's the general stuff that seems to be affecting everyone such as eyebrows being a bit neutered and pupils being larger resulting in an overall different impression. But there's also some data that's just a bit off. The chin is inexplicably wider, and the nostrils are a wee bit different but I really just cannot stand the mouth.
The entire point of why I play femroe is I do not want a happy looking character. The current game mouth for face 4 is a bit strange, but very neutral in it's expression. Whilst the new mouth mostly carries the same silhouette, the smile line has shifted upwards into a light simper. It makes her look dopey in a way that's an absolutely deal-breaker for me.
