Suggestion to add mandatory training to level boosters

    Hello,
It is always refreshing to see a high volume of new players joining the game, if anything it is an indicator that the game is still going strong and very much alive!

HOWEVER, recently I have come across many players who seem to not know even the most basic concepts of the game. Few of these experiences are listed below as examples.

1- I had been with a tank that goes to the group while having a proximity tank buster in a level 90 alliance raid which almost wiped the entire party.
2- I had been with a tank that did an entire 4 man dungeon without using a single mitigation cooldown on big/small pulls.
3- I had been with a dancer on level 90 expert roulette who did not use the dancer's “Closed Position” (aka, dance partner).
4- I had been with a dancer who used improvisation while the team was killing a group of mobs.
5- I had been with a tank in a 4-man instance that tried their best to catch up with taking the hit from every single red carpet (red aoe mechanics) on bosses.

Those are a few examples that I had been seeing lately in the game that made me think, why the sudden high volume of players that are unaware of what their class is supposed to do? This is especially baffling when seeing such occurrences in expert roulette as they must have gone through quite some instances to reach there. After sharing with friends and other players on the server, we reached the conclusion that this is most likely due to having new players joining the game for the new expansion, and to save time, they purchase the level boost and catch up.

After this prolonged introduction, I would like to suggest the following:
Create a "Mandatory" training instanced quest, similar to the blue mage's carnival (a bit more advanced than that of The Smith in-game) where for every role: tank, healer and dps the player who boosts their level must complete and cannot join normal duties unless they had already cleared that training on that chosen role.
This does not need to be savage difficulty, or unnecessarily long, make it like 10 stages, each of which will teach specific tasks, e.g., tank busters will kill the player if a mitigation action is not used. stage 2 a mob will keep attacking an npc unless the player actually provokes. stage 3 there is a 1 shot mechanic that needs to use invulnerability ability. All of these are for tanks, and same thing goes for healers to practise what benediction for white mage does and what esuna does and when they are needed to be used.
As for dps, it does not need to be a tight dps check but dodging aoes and not standing in a "red carpet" while maintaining combos ongoing.

This I believe will help the new players to understand what the class potential is and reduce their overwhelming experience.
I hope this was not condescending, I just thought of suggesting this and hope it will be implemented, personally I do not mind if it were a requirement for all the players to clear this not only those that bought the level boost, if one is knowing their class (not necessarily to master level) they should not struggle to pass any stage and clear that instance and be free to join for duties with other players.

This is my first post, and I think it will be my last.

    Cheers,
