Thank you, and yes there are always those people who don't even want to type out the / then you have to ask whether or not they are ready.Thats the last thing we need is it ?, I think you mean its the last thing you want.
Why because its in WoW and Diablo 3 ?
Yes to the OP I would love a ready check option a pop up box would be even better.
Don't believe that, clicking a ready option in a pop up box is no more inconvenience than type /, some people will grasp at straws to argue a point.
Of course you could say that typing / is an inconvenience also but I guess those are the people who sit and don't reply when you ask if they are ready of not.
OMG THE CUTENESS
Had this issue two nights ago >>; we all finally set up for the bard fight then had to wait for someone to get back from a ninja afk but hey at least it would let you know who is afk.
OMG THE CUTENESS
Made some Changes to the actual post I was half asleep when I first wrote out the second part of it so it was kind of all just thrown out there sorry~ lol :P.
OMG THE CUTENESS
This absolutely needs to be implemented.
They are implementing user made mods. So um...if they don't offer it make your own.
really? That is what I was talking about when I said "event".Did you even read the thread? Ready check have nothing to do with "anytime you do an event". It is something that a raid leader (or assistant) trigger in order to make sure that all players are ready (typically before a boss encounter) but it could also be in a random party, after everyone took a 5 minutes break, to make sure that they're all back.
While it is a small inconvenience to players (forced to press "ready"), it is a useful tool for a raid leader. If you do not want your leader to use this feature you may as well leave the party, no one will miss you. If you are in a LS run, with everyone on teamspeak and focused, that's not really needed either with a party of 8. However when we will be having content for alliances, this will be another story.
Ready check have more than one use as well. It can also be used a quick voting system. "Press ready if you are willing to go for the next boss or don't if you want to call it".
Welp I will never going to be using it. Boycotting everything I don't like.
I would love to have this. Its a nice tool and only helps the game. Many times have we gone into Hamlet with someone surprise AFK. Basically we have people on active mode now if they want to AFK.
Is that really a good way to go into 2.0 so are you not gonna jump ever too? And if you do are you gonna start a timer between everytime you do so you make sure you don't just "Hop" everywhere. Are you never going to do Instanced items as well cause you want it to be all Open World, You sir have very closed minded views things will always be added to a game that some won't like but that doesn't mean you should never use them just fret and eventually deal with it since you'll keep playing obviously.

I will only jump if need be, other than that no I'm not going to use it. Just like how I'm not going to get the goobuu before 1.23/2.0
