I don't know if it has been mentioned yet but is there going to be a "Ready Check" System implemented in 2.0? Its a really handy tool mainly for seeing if everyone in the party/alliance is ready for the fight/instance it would be alot more useful than the old ffxi and now ffxiv method
/party Ready /
/party /
I would really love it if it was as well as I bet others would as well.
Here's a example of someone using the old method..
Usually It would consist of a pop up prompt asking whether or not the party / alliance is ready usually only initiated by the Party Leader, Tanks or Alliance leader(s) once people start hitting yes you would see the mark appear next to their name and after everyone hit "Yes" a sound would go off announcing that everyone is ready along with text kind of like the /countdown emote or "Full Party" to aid visually its not really necessary but it could possibly help people who like to play with their sound off.
And if you were to hit no it would time out 30 seconds after the "Ready Check" was initiated as well as a report saying who was not ready or was afk that way you can ask if they are ready instead of starting the whole ready check again, it would also come with a sound meaning not everyone is ready, obviously not the same sound.
I also have a feeling that something like this would immensely help future PS3 raiders/players because I know that not all will have keyboards for their PS3's, I do but I'm not everyone lol I understand that most likely SE has some awesome UI in the works that could make it to were you don't really need a keyboard "Meaning having a PS3 On Screen T3 keyboard or something like that" but at this point we know nothing about the PS3 UI besides that it has a Cross Hot bar.
A option of having it be a emote that Denmo mentioned would be really nice as well as well a possibly mixed with a few already there ffxiv systems.
