My honest feeling about all of this is people at least need to make a fair comparison - taking photo of the character in the same lighting and camera angle - before saying anything.
The outdoor lighting in benchmark somehow keep changing and the character will randomly get wet and look totally awful. This could be genuine mistakes or bugs and probably will be prioritize for fix.

The new graphic update is inevitable. It's okay to make criticism and request for changes but be fair about it. Moreover it will be even better if you are able to explain in details what and where in the new graphic differs from the previous one and how it made you dislike them. Including the facial types in question would be even more helpful I think.

Yeah I don't think the lighting is whats responsible for removing mooncats teeth or plastering people in mascara they can't remove, actually.

And that is an entirely different thing from what I meant.

I often see people nitpicking between 2 photos with different lighting/angle and at worst one is taken when wet. I'm sorry but that's not how you make comparisons. I will not take that feedback seriously.

Its nearly impossible to do this due to lightning changes, would need something like extreme Reshade filter that overrides everything on both old and new engine.

What I meant is light source direction. The two picture should at least have light shines from the same direction. Many people failed to do just that.
