We're not talking about lighting here, we're talking about pretty big face reworks, including shape changes to eyes, lips, expression and nose on top of face shape. This is a big, big difference when you combine everything. Can you honestly look at these and say they're the same character? This goes way beyond textures and lighting.

I'm not sure how people can honestly say that's the exact same character, her ears/eyes/eyebrows/lips/nose all have slightly different shaping to them, which combined with the increase in texture quality and what looks like a generic instagram girl filter, does give her a different vibe overall, and if that's YOUR character, it matters.

Don't let anyone tell you you're wrong to think she looks different.
