This update has been long overdue, especially in the cases of certain races *coughs Au Ra* and I'm really glad to see the love and care that went into making certain features shine through.

There's a lot of feedback that's been shared, however this one aspect of the update is bothering me personally as someone who plays quite a lesser played miqo'te face type and I don't think anyone has really said anything about it. I feel a little guilty that this may be just extremely nit-picky and a non issue for many, but I also love my character so much for the features that I've played with this face type since 2.0 so I feel obligated to bring this up.

The moment I loaded my character data I noticed one of the unique characteristics of the m miqo'te face 2 has been smoothed out and no longer carries as much definition.

The glabella's definition has been smoothed and somewhat flattened, regardless of the lighting there is very little definition.

I've always loved that some races have a more mature, aged, weathered face option so those like myself can choose to have a character that expresses their maturity. But the strong definition in the wrinkles between and due to the eyebrows seems to have been greatly softened in the update.

No matter what setting or lighting I am in, the sharpness of the folds in the wrinkles is gone in the benchmark. Comparing my character settings currently with the benchmark this one unique feature of face 2 has been buffed out. I then became disheartened at the idea of NPC's using this face potentially being smoothed out such as X'rhun, U'odh, A'aba and M'ahz (sorry, seeker bias they're the only ones I can name off the top of my head). I really enjoy that currently the lighting on the wrinkles and folds creates strong contrasting shadows which is a really unique feature among other type faces.

I just want my character to be an old man and show it.

(also not a fan of the new lip shapes but there's plenty being spoken on that.)
