Shouldn't it be the case, due to the item level adjustment, that you need a certain item level for each level for the Alliance Raid Roulette before you can join? Has something been changed about that again? For the past 2 weeks, I've only been getting Crystal Tower again. I was so glad to finally see something else, and now this...

Nothing has been changed, simply the case of an influx of new players, thus more people having to do CT. Also there's still one "workaround" to only have CT in an alliance roulette unfortunately, so those out there that really hate having fun in the longer ones will keep ruining it for everyone else.

It doesn't mean you will never get it.

All it takes to get Crystal Tower is for one person out of the 24 to be level 50-59. The chances of that are extremely high, not just because of all the new players we get, but because each of those players have around 20 jobs to level, many of which have to progress through the 50-59 level range.

The Item Level adjustments to the encounters only prevent it when people queue up with a shafted item level.

There are still problems with Crystal Tower in that:

1) It is the only Alliance Raid gated behind MSQ, and with that in mind, people may only be unlocking Crystal Towers exclusively as opposed to ones from other expansions.

2) It is still widely used for the relic weapon of ShB.

I personally have gotten a more diverse alliance raid pool over the last few months
