I didn't check to see if the first few were locked to heads, but I just did. That is so disappointing. Yeah I like the wild mane from face 3 but I'm leaning toward actually using face 2 so I can't use that one. I tend to give the devs the benefit of the doubt and assume if they're locked it's for a reason, but it definitely is a bummer. Hopefully they can address it one day.
