I shouldn't have to go to a stupid website to find something about the world. It should all be in game.

God I hate agreeing with Rokien but he is technically correct. I just tried this with a disc-based game. You can't run the browser while playing the game, it says you must quit the game to do so.

nvm then. I said that because burnout paradise happen to open a browser window on startup, so i think'd possible
