    DT benchmark not working

    When I try press start on the benchmark I get a Japanese pop up and I have no clue what it telling me to to do outside of (16a). I do not know what that means.

    I'm getting the exact same error. The benchmark launcher will open but when I click Start or Character Creator, I receive the error. I can't read it because it's in Japanese with (16a) at the end. I have tried redownloading multiple times and from different browsers, launching as admin, changing display settings, I restarted the PC. I tried renaming the extracted folder name.

    Please be sure to install the game to the C: drive as this works best with Final Fantasy XIV. Lastly, please be sure that no background processes are interfering with FFXIV (i.e. Anti-virus software, OneDrive, Discord etc.)
