To achieve "smoothness" via higher polycount requires enormous amounts of polygons. Only an absolute amateur with do it that way. Again, I'm sorry but you clearly don't know what you are talking about. Textures are bad, get over it.thats not entirely true either, diminishing returns are there for incresed count (and we know that more "bones" have been added to the mesh as well) and all of them work together hand in hand
but you really going to tell me that a enneadecagon is less smooth than a pentagon? or how, saw, solid snake mgs2 isnt smoother than solid snake circa mgs1? the later if that bastard hedbutted me with his sharp ass angled head id be brought in deep cuts.
