Lip colour for some races seems broken more than others. For light skinned (both rava and veena) mviera dark/light/none barely makes a difference now. For darker skin tones it starts to work suddenly (rava only)
But this felezen is a pretty drastic example of no colour resulting in dark brown/wine all of a sudden. So the problem seems to be more than just matte finish.
