I must say, that in your particular case... It made your character look, well, it might sound harsh but the combination of skin tone and lack of light in the eyes, she almost looks like a zombie in the benchmark... But in the live build, she looks very much alive.

The lighting in the character creator there is PAINFULLY yellow. It's uncanny.

Definitely not the end all be all crux of the issue, but let's just say the color of the lighting isn't helping things. The CC is all kinds of scuffed.
