There are differences, the graphics have been improved for the most part.
Most of the shown examples are faithful adaptations with minimal to no changes.
Both things can be true at once.
Funny, isn't it?
Don't try to twist other people's words to fit your agenda.

Faithful adaptation is your opinion. However, if you can tell the difference that these so called "improvements" made then so can the owner of that character and they have every right to voice their disappointment. Nobody gives a flying duck about some forumite's opinion on a character they don't own or play. This is the correct place to tell the devs they made unwanted changes which are not subtle.

You have an interesting way to evaluate the quality of work using polygons. Excuse me, but if the developers had attached carrots from billions of polygons to you instead of a nose, would you be saying the same thing now?

I've got my own fan looking into my post history now, and all the quotes too, I'm flatteredI'm sorry, but this is nothing but hypocrisy! That is, when you don't like something *in this case, WAR*, you run straight to the forum, with your hair flowing in the wind, that you don't like, that WAR is imposed on you, and write whole walls of text, and consider it normal. But when someone doesn't like that developers change our characters, you create silly funny memes and write in a sarcastic way. Keep it up!
our criticism is no different from yours, so why do you write such messages then?![]()

digging thru someone's post history aside, it's not a good argument considering how criticism of things like job balancing and game balancing at large has been historically received here. I don't wanna derail into any rambling about pitting different groups against each other or that it's tit for tat but flippancy to anyone's problems isn't a good approach [i'm guilty of doing it too!] and this kind of pushback to criticism always happensbut it's interesting to see it playing out in a very similar fashion now the shoe is on the other foot.

Why are you talking so confidently? Did you vote or count every vote? I can't tell you how many of those and those, but I see a lot of people who are happy and a lot of people who are not happy. If most people were happy with the changes, then there would not be a 100-page topic on everyone's favorite Japanese forum, where people literally draw their old characters in a day.

They're just here to bait, take this post for example, where they post the dawntrail benchmark twice with some unfunny captionsWhy are you talking so confidently? Did you vote or count every vote? If most of them were pretty good, then there wouldn't be a 100-page topic on everyone's favorite Japanese forum where people literally draw their old characters for nothing :3

Oh, thank you very clearly, this is another person who rejoices in other people's failures. Well, there are some in this community, how good it is that they are a minority. And unlike her calculations, I know what I'm talking about :3They're just here to bait, take this post for example, where they post the dawntrail benchmark twice with some unfunny captions

People are far less likely to post when they're happy about something and far more likely to post when there is something they're not happy with. Understandably, the people most active in forums at the moment are those who are unhappy with the changes, wanting to express their disappointment. Some who are happy with the changes might make the effort to come and post their support but, aside from doing is as part of a thank you to the development team or to maybe highlight something they aren't quite 100% about, they have little need to as they are overall happy with the changes. Why are you talking so confidently? I absolutely agree, it always is, but you also take into account that most of the players did not launch benchmark at all and they do not sit on forums and so on and just play and enjoyPeople are far less likely to post when they're happy about something and far more likely to post when there is something they're not happy with. Now imagine how surprised they will be at the start * if everything stays as it is now* when they enter the game and see the new characters? someone will like it, someone will not, and again there will be the same topics. And someone will have to sit in line just to find out that they have a new character now, and they will have to do relogin to use the fanta, then relogin to undress * I do not know in what order, but I have heard that it is tedious to do this several times.
And then they'll be disappointed, because with the courtesy of fanta, they still won't get who they've been playing with for so many years.
