Viera Changes

So far I'm satisfied with what I've seen on the benchmark and I cannot wait to play Viper.

I do hope that they look at the issues being brought up with the character creator and iron them out before full release; however, to me a lot of comparisons I have seen look the same but one with better graphics. (Not just in this thread, but some of the others I have taken a look at)

One thing I was worried about after seeing the previews was the darkness of the male rava nose since I wasn't sure if the option to darken it was already enabled or not but it seems fine here without it turned on. However, I can't really tell the difference if I enable he setting which is odd.

Also thank you to Alithea for helping me get the image working, I'm not very good with these forums so I greatly appreciate it!

adding another person whos happy with their bunny! other than that my beauty mark seems to be broken for whatever reason lmao but i already posted a bug report on that. i still wish face3 had the face1 dark nose option then hed be perfect

The update changed the way my lips and nose look, and I absolutely hate it. It's awful. It sucks.


Also, they changed the way highlights work for hairstyles that have multiple versions (i.e. bangs/no bangs) and instead of doing it the way they did previously where each hairstyle had unique highlights, they just... gave them the exact same highlights and called it a day.


Was this update outsourced or something?

I have this EXACT problem with the braided pixie cut on my femViera!! It's really upsetting because the bulk of the other graphical changes I either like on my WoL or don't mind, but the complete change in her hair highlight patterning is ruining it for me. She objectively looks extremely different.

I'm honestly kinda devastated. I absolutely loved my bun but the changes to the mouth and nose make her look like a different person :/

I also feel like the lighting is kinda off? Looks like if you use a lighter skintone you kinda just turn into a lamp now.

this is pretty yikes...


this viera preset reminds me of a few years ago when people would constantly overline their lips with cakey matte lipstick. The colors are still terrible too.
also usually I don't use any dark makeup on this face because I like giving it a softer look, but the permanent eyeliner they added ruins it a bit.
