Keeper fangs nerfed in the update

They massacred my girl. I really hope they roll this back and give back the more prominent fangs, it just doesn't feel like thew same character without it. I'm hoping maybe it's just an oversight but who knows

Reminds me of the time I was getting my teeth cleaned and my dentist followed up saying he would schedule me for some cosmetic work to file down my incisors because they're a bit pointier than on most people. Like what the hell is wrong with you, get away from my nippers! But now, it looks like the tooth fairy has come to collect anyway.

Also, this is a really small thing, but I always loved how Face 4 on fem Miqo'te would have their mouth held slightly open. I would really appreciate having this feature back!

Chime in another one upset about this change. I'm annoyed enough to come to the forums and speak out just because of this. If I wanted to be a sun seeker, I would have made a sun seeker. I liked keeper better of the two because the fangs were interesting, and somewhat unique. This change is frustrating, because it is like you took part of myself away that has always been there for years, and while it may mostly look like me, it isn't me anymore. I see this, from a character standpoint, as no different than a dentist who filed down my canine teeth because "they didn't like them, they look too much like fangs" without consent, which does also happen in real life. I don't want to be a midlander with cat ears, I want my teeth back.

Adding my voice to the thread, I've used the same derpy girl with her big eyes and big fangs ever since ARR. All the other minor changes to her face I can be okay with, I still see the same goober cat when I'm messing with the emotes and watching the benchmark. But the difference in the teeth is too jarring.

Chiming in to say this is a rubbish change too. Like completely missing the point of the assignment of a "graphical update". It's like they went "WE NEED EVERYTHING TO LOOK SMOOTH" and really took that to heart, even on things that should be sharp like keeper fangs!

I really like the gap too, but i also know some people don't. A lot of the problems we are having with this update makes me wish for much more detail control in character creation: Sliders for lip shape, fang length, eye shape, nose shape, stipe darkness, complection, RGB color selectors, hair highlight positions, etc. etc.. I know it isn't gonna happen overnight, but I hope they move in that direction.

I'm mostly pretty satisfied with the way my face 4 mooncat girl looks (the mouth + lips in general were a welcome change for me--I didn't like the slightly open mouth or the way the light reflected off the super glossy lips) but I can't help but feel disappointed in how blunt the fangs are now. Please bring back the sharper fangs!
