    Look, I'm not saying you shouldn't be unhappy. I'm just saying that - while they should fix the obvious glitches - your standard for "my character looks the same" is going to be much higher than that of anyone else for your character. The graphical update is happening; none of us have any choice about it; feedback isn't going to address the myriad small issues (things like eyebrow tweaks!) that people have. If you look at any HD remake or remaster of a game, this kind of thing happens - it isn't surprising it has here. I just think we should make emotional peace with the change.
    I disagree, I will fight for them to address what you call the "small issues" until it's obvious that they are not going to change it at all. Then, and only then, will I make my peace with it (or quit the game, I've got 13k hours at this point, it's not a bad thing for me to move on).

    I politely refuse to sit down and say nothing if there's still a chance that things can be changed.

    I'm very sceptical about how much feedback here will actually get anywhere - but you're right that it's as good a place as any for it and I do hope their final version gives you something that you're happy with.

    I'm not thrilled about the changes to my character's face, but I can learn to live with it...
    But there are still things worth calling out.
    Current is on Left, Dawntrail on Right:




    The eyes now look more dull/deadened compared to the original, eyebrows are fatter and less angular, and the lips are not even the same (new upper lip is not as thick and is tapered)

    But more worrying than that is how now the skintone behaves weirdly in the smallest of lighting changes. When the outdoor lighting looks a little bit overcast, suddenly his skin gets shiny and looks almost grey/metallic instead of the warmer tan it usually is. Notice how the background environment doesn't change much, but his skin is dramatically different.




    I'm particularly worried about this because even the current skintone doesn't behave well in lower-light conditions and now it'll look even worse most likely. Like come on, stop punishing folks for wanting to have a darker skinned character.
