Something is way off and it bothers me. He just feels so different in a wrong way....That or I am insane.

From an outside perspective he looks really good! I like the textures around the eyes and bridge of the nose but I can see that it does alter the overall shape of the nose - his nostrils are more defined as well and they look more flared. I think the shape of the chin jaw and cheekbones is really close tho! His eyes definitely look different too! I'm not saying this to diminish your feeling of uncertainty because the way you feel about your guy is what matters - I also think you got really lucky with the eyebrow facepaint because while the angle is a touch more severe [which i personally like] they don't seem to be floating unrealistically high up like they do on a lot of faces XD

THATS IT! That is what's bothering me! the nose feels so different! I knew something was off but I just could not put my finger on it. Thank you for helping me find out what it was.
