Pretty fine with that. Was hoping for at least High (8000+). Fullscreen was slightly better but the first run supposedly takes a slight hit in performance. No option to cap framerate so IDK if that would've helped it run smoother. Also using that risqué Windows exploit to limit max CPU processing power to 99%.

Does anyone have RX 5700 XT? Can you please submit the result for 4k (2160p) for Desktop (Standard) setting?
I am currently researching GPU to update my rig and I havent gathered enough data about this one. Whereas I can find plenty of RTX 2060 and 3060 quite easily on Reddit and Lodestone blog.
I know CPU plays a part as well but the data will give me rough idea about price vs performance. Thanks!

Just for reference, I also have an RTX 4090 and my benchmarks have all been over 16,000 at 4k and Max settings. However, I have a different CPU - intel i9 13900KF. I'm also on Windows 11 but I doubt that makes much, if any, difference. How this even possible?

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 4.2 GHz 24-Core Processor
128 MB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
My CPU was at 2% and my GPU was at 10% during the 720p test and my CPU was at 20% and my GPU at 80% MAX on 4k test.
No power limits, no funny settings in the NVIDIA panel, last chipset, and video drivers.
This PC is flying in Unreal Endine 5, After Effects, Maya and Cyberpunk, and all new games, but Lominsa gives me 40–45 fps on max 4K.
And this benchmark is veeery strange.
Well, I can get this if I switch CPU to game mode:
Score: 16724
Average Frame Rate: 132.6902
Minimum Frame Rate: 28
But it`s still too low.
Looks like you are severely CPU bound at some points in the benchmark which is why upping the resolution negates that somewhat, except for the 1% lows..

3960X is not designed for gaming. Its for workstations. Get 7800X3D with at least DDR5-6000 CL30 or i9-14900K with at least DDR5-7200 CL36 (7600 onwards depends on memory controller quality, another silicon lottery)and you'll see significant boost for gaming.
Also, RTX 4090 doesn't like low resolutions. It won't be able to flex its muscles at 720p and 1080p.

I just upgraded my monitor after 10 years, and I was honestly kind of surprised the Dawntrail benchmark said this was ok.

A new GPU is definitely in the plans, though.
