Steps:
1. Follow quest steps for Child of Lilith quest; locate the yoten coffin and show it to Arya
2. When cutscene begins, note that Lilith's arm is not quite connected well to her body, more or less hanging off of a spherical socket on her torso which isn't textured like the rest of her body
3. Wonder if this adds to her creepiness.
4. Complete quest, move on to With Heart and Steel
5. In battle and in following cutscenes, note that Lilith's arms are still connected to a shiny ball instead of proper shoulders and that both of her shoulders suffer from this affliction.
6. Reflect that she looks rather like a puppet for someone whose thing is to puppet others. Report findings as appropriate.
