it looks like a Twin Snakes upgrade judging by how they attacked with both hands, which would be a little weird if it is because I feel like that's the one MNK combo skill that looks fine, but... whatever.
Some of the skills looked like they might just be old skills, but graphicly updated. Like the WHM cast looked like it could be a prettier Medica II, and the MCH skill looked like Chainsaw, but with more visual clarity.
As a disclaimer, action visual coding doesn't always stay final.
Dark Knight showcases two weaponskill-coded actions. Horizontal into vertical up-slash, and horizontal into vertical down-slash. There is a potential "third" that looks like an Edge Upgrade, but the Whm is so flippin' bright.
Gunbreaker's "AoE' was performed after Fated Circle. Signs point to AoE Continuation.
Machinst's buzzsploison has aoe-coding under its VFX upon explosion.
Reaper loses enshroud upon execution. Communio II *nod nod*.

The benchmark trailer always showcases at least 1 new action learned in the new expansion on every job. That action can be a "direct upgrade" type action that replaces an existing one, and I do list a few that seem to me like direct upgrades. Those are all just my personal assumptions though. So that animation could just be "Medica III" which replaces Medica or Medica II as Kabooa says, or perhaps it's completely new. Honestly (and disappointingly), that's a pretty believable assumption. But at the same time, the benchmark also isn't indicative of how much a job changes. They don't tend to showcase the most "exciting" animation in the benchmark anyway. So that doesn't mean White Mage will get nothing of better value than Medica III even if that turns out to be true. But since this is White Mage we're talking about, I wouldn't hold out hope that it'll get anything more interesting or exciting.
They're like 90% final give or take. Certain things like sound effects, some colors or the size might change a little, but that particular concept is going to be added.
Sage has failed to live up to the fantasy of a sci-fi DPS healer. Please change this for 8.0. Make Sage fast, exciting, and aggressive. It should feel like a healer that plays like a DPS. Empower the aspects of Sage's unique healing mechanics: Kardia and Eukrasia to give its healing playstyle more identity.
I like seeing that SCH in the trailer and it's casting Broil IV. Whatever the skill the SCH used there has the same sound as Chain Stratagem, so it's either an upgrade or they changed the animation only.
New cone attacks? If that is happening it would only be right to reverse the change to WAR's aoe.
Think Chain Strategem will be applied in an area around the target, is what they were showing.
Edit - I also want to add that under these circumstances they might have just updated some of the effects without it being an action upgrade, for some of these actions. It is a graphics overhaul, after all, and they don't need to limit their fruits to the cutting edge.
