if i remember correctly, the 90 day option is removed and wasn't necessary to get legacy. You merely just need to be billed for 90 total days, regardless of subscription options, up until either beta or 2.0 launches
if you started playing during the welcome back campaign, and assuming you don't quit for a month or two straight, you will still be eligible
