Dawntrail Benchmark Screenshot Sweepstakes / Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) Official Rules

Key Rules

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories:  This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period:
You may enter the Promotion during the following Entry Period (the “Entry Period”):

• From April 14, 2024 at 12:00 am to April 22, 2024 at 7:59 am (PDT)
• From 14 April 2024 at 7:00 to 22 April 2024 at 14:59 (GMT)
• From 14 April 2024 at 8:00 to 22 April 2024 at 15:59 (BST)
• From 14 April 2024 at 17:00 to 23 April 2024 at 00:59 (AEDT)

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Capture a screenshot (the “Screenshot”) of either the character creation screen with the character you created, or your benchmark score featuring the character you created, using the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail Benchmark Software.
• Log in to your X account (if necessary, first create a X account for free at X.com).
• Follow at least one of the following official FINAL FANTASY XIV X accounts from your X account: @FF_XIV_EN, @FF_XIV_FR, or @FF_XIV_DE.
• Using the provided template, post a reply to the X post announcing the Promotion, that contains each of the following:
  • The Screenshot
  • The hashtags: #FFXIVSweepstakes and #DawntrailBenchmark
  • Your full in-game character name.
  • Your full in-game Home World name.
    *You can verify your Home World from the Server Status page.
  • Your preferred prize from the following list of virtual in-game items:
    • Bluebird Earring
    • Gaelicap
    • Modern Aesthetics – Strife
    • Noble Barding
      * Please only list one (1) prize and not multiple. If multiple prizes are listed, the entry will be disqualified.

Additional entry restrictions and terms:

• You may submit no more than one (1) post per day during the Entry Period. Multiple posts in a single day during the Entry Period (including duplicates, near duplicates, updates, or links) will not be accepted. You will only be eligible for one (1) prize regardless of how many posts you submit.
• If you change your character name and/or home world before prizes are distributed, your Entry will be void.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one thousand five hundred (1,500) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all qualifying entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following in-game prize(s):

• One (1) Bluebird Earring;
• One (1) Gaelicap;
• One (1) Modern Aesthetics – Strife;
• One (1) Noble Barding;

Each prize is a virtual, in-game item with no monetary value. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred.

Sponsor reserves the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.


H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) on or about June 30, 2024 via the in-game moogle delivery service.

You will not be able to receive the prize if your in-game moogle letter box is full, or the number of attached items has reached their maximum. Please delete old letters, or accept any attached items, to ensure you can receive the rewards smoothly.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
