Has Midgardsormr joined the Permanently Congested list of servers along with Balmug and Mateus?

I've been trying for what seems like weeks now to get a couple "stranded" characters transferred to where my main sits on Midgardsormr, but it's a perma-no-go zone.

I know it's pointless to ask about it here (and ultimately a rhetorical question) as getting anyone at S-E to respond (let alone EVER actually reading these forums) is never going to happen. But I feel I must try...
