This happened after the 6.58 update.
The Nvidia App used to have it, now it no longer appears as a game list.
I'm assuming it's because of the removal of the dx9 exe. But that's just an assumption.

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
Are you able to manually add FINAL FANTASY XIV to the Nvidia application and/or have the Nvidia application scan your drive for games?
Thank you once again for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!
Does not work for me neither.
You can add the game manually, but it should be auto-detect via NVIDIA App, since its officially supported since launch.
Edit: NVIDIA App detect FFXIV again as a game properly. Seems it just needed to adjust to the patch / changed .exe hash.
