    K thanks. I had not seen those until recently.

    But this would seem to be an NPC that takes me to see the Lord Commander and there is no arrow. ??



    Oh well...

    But of course. I have to click on a confirm dialog... So that';s the diff.
    Woops. No. The NPC in front of Fortemps Manor has a confirm dialog too.
    So there is no difference in behavior and the Arrow is missing from the NPC above.

    The House Fortemps Guard moves you to a new area where you walk around and interact with an NPC or object.
    The Temple Knight Guard starts a cutscene.
