These past 3-4 months my FPS will drop from 59-60 to 11 for a second or two and then shoot back up. This happens kinda randomly, sometimes every 15-25 minutes sometimes it can be stable for hours. Doesn't happen in any specific location, it's just random. It can happen in dungeons or when I'm just walking around the world, or even when I'm not really doing anything.

Can connection issues cause this? My ping gets a little wonky at times but that's always been like that, while the FPS drops only starting happening a few months ago plus like i said it's kinda random. See below for ping and system stuff.

I've tried updating drivers, lowest graphic settings and closing all background applications. I also play in windowed mode. I don't have any extra antivirus downloaded. I've checked event viewer for any system or application errors and there is none.

Not sure what else to do to make it better or if it's just my hardware, any help appreciated.
