Unable To Progress Event Quest "The Path Infernal"

Area and coordinates: Old Gridania, 10, 6

Steps:
1. Progress FF16 event quest to the quest directly after instanced battle - "The Path Infernal" (Speak with Clive.)

2. He's not there.

I have not been able to replicate it on my other characters (all other characters have finished quest normally). This is only on this character.

Clicking on the quest glitches the map. It zooms out to world view and shows no icons except the red "cannot progress" icon. Zooming into Gridania displays no marker at all.

The Ultimate Weapon quest is complete.

Following suggestion from another bug report, he is indeed in Thanalan not the Shroud. The quest text/marker is wrong.

Completing the questline does not remove the quest from quest tracker. I cannot remove it as it doesn't exist in the journal.

Completed the Quest "The Path Infernal". Opened all quest rewards, purchased orchestrion rolls and Triple Triad Card from Gold Saucer. Noticed Quest was still open. When reviewing the quest, it says I need to speak to Clive, and the map called from the quest list on the right shows Old Gridania at Apkallu Falls where the Quest began. Quest shows as a red icon. Quest shows as Current in the quest list.

Long story short - same as Fia Mortivault's situation at the end.
